In Excellent condition : The base of the left / down tentacle was cut over a short length and was glued again which does not hinder the operation. (see photos).
This wave 12 "BATTLE CORPS" of the "G.I. Joe A real american hero" Action figure series, was made by HASBRO Toys in 1993.
