About Splinter (Movie Star)

Splinter is the mentor and adoptive father of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. A skilled martial arts master, he trains Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael while teaching them discipline, wisdom and the ways of ninjutsu.

Released in 1992, Playmates' Movie Star Turtles line was inspired by the appearance of the characters from the live-action TMNT films, featuring more realistic sculpting and detailing than the standard figures.
